Our 2024-2025 fiscal year marked the 40th anniversary of Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside. Thanks to your support, hundreds of homeowner partners have had the opportunity to improve their housing situations through a zero-percent interest mortgage, providing a safe and affordable place to live for years to come.

A hand up, not a handout.

Hard work and generosity made it possible for our homeowners to have something that most of us take for granted — peace of mind and a stable place for their children to thrive. Habitat Tampa Bay Gulfside was named one of the Top Three Producing affiliates for six consecutive years based on new home builds across nearly 1,000 US affiliates. In 2025 alone, the affiliate was able to build and dedicate 91 homes, a record year. Through the commitment of our Habitat homeowner partners, board of directors, volunteers, donors and staff, our affiliate was able to make a deep impact in Pinellas, West Pasco, and Hernando Counties.

This fiscal year, our affiliate will build even more for deserving families in our community. Providing affordable homes for these individuals and their children would not be possible without the financial support from our community.
