Message to Homeowners: Mortgage Payments

Attention Habitat Homeowners,

Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas & West Pasco Counties administrative offices have moved. Starting on July 1, 2021, mortgage payments will NOT be accepted in person, nor will receipts be issued. Your next month’s statement will serve as your receipt.

For your convenience, you can use these options for payments:

• ACH – by completing the ACH form, you can sign up for automatic draft and Habitat will debit your mortgage payment directly from your account on the 5th of every month. Should the 5th fall on a weekend or holiday, payment will be debited the following business day. Click to open form.

• Dropbox – you can drop off your payment in our drop box located on the south side of the building.

• Mail – you can mail your payment to our office via USPS. Our mailing address is 13355 49th Street N. Suite B Clearwater, FL 33762
