Homeowner Bio: The Seville Family

“I am building because I believe in creating a foundation for my family’s future, providing them with a secure and nurturing home where we can grow, thrive, and cherish the moments that truly matter.”

Autumn Seville has worked as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant for Bay Pines Community Care for the past year. She is a mother of 3 children: 12- year- old Nevaeh, 9- year- old Zylan, and 5- year- old Milani. Nevaeh is creative, with passions for art and storytelling. Zylan is full of energy and curiosity! Milani loves to explore the world around her. As a family, they love laughing together and supporting each other, creating a close familial relationship.

With 3 children, space was a challenge within their small home. Trying to share common areas caused disagreements and confined Autumn’s active family, reducing their physical activity. “With limited space, noise levels can be high, and finding moments of privacy for each of my children was difficult” explained Autumn. The space that was available for storage was limited, making organization another obstacle the family had to deal with.  However, Autumn worked hard to provide a safe, loving environment for her family, despite the obstacles.

When Autumn learned she was approved to become a homeowner through Habitat, she felt so grateful to be able to create a space full of lasting memories. She imagines a future of stability, setting the foundation for her family to begin their journey. “Financially, it offers a more predictable living situation, allowing us to invest in other aspects of our lives” Autumn tells us. When asked what she is most looking forward to, Autumn describes moments of bliss: “… decorating rooms to reflect our family’s personality, hosting gatherings with friends and loved ones, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.” With the Habitat program, comes the freedom for Autumn to control her life within her own space, creating a lifetime of memories.

Building a home for a family like the Seville’s would not be possible without the support of our community. Your financial support gives these individuals and their children a chance at a better, more stable life. If your heart is in our mission, please consider supporting us. “My house will be a haven of warmth and togetherness, a place where laughter echoes through the rooms, and where our shared dreams find a home.”
