Habitat announces executive committee, welcomes five new members, and thanks three outgoing members
Clearwater, FL – Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside is proud to announce its Board of Directors for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
The Habitat Board of Directors recently elected the slate of officers being their service today, Tuesday, July 1, 2025. These individuals will all serve on the Executive Committee of the Board for the next twelve months:

Ian Anderson, Market President & Publisher, Tampa Bay Business Journal
Ian Anderson is the President & Publisher of the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ), where he oversees the publication’s overall strategy and operations, including content, advertising, audience development, events, production, and finance. Since taking the helm in 2018, Ian has led TBBJ through a period of record-breaking growth, driving all-time highs in revenue, profitability, audience reach and subscriber growth. Under his leadership, the Business Journal has solidified its position as the premier source of business news, research, and market intelligence in the Tampa Bay region.
Before leading TBBJ, Ian held senior leadership roles at American City Business Journals (ACBJ) in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he played a key role in digital revenue growth and the launch of new platforms and products across the company’s portfolio. During his tenure at ACBJ’s corporate headquarters, he managed the product development pipeline and served as Director of Digital Advertising, overseeing digital strategy and revenue growth for 44 publications nationwide. Prior to that, Ian was the Publisher of Albuquerque Business First, another ACBJ publication.
Scott Daigle, Regional President, Fifth Third Bank
Scott Daigle is the Regional President for Fifth Third Bank. As Regional President, Scott has leadership responsibilities across the North Florida region (to include Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Orlando, North Central Florida, Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas). Scott oversees the strategic direction and growth of Fifth Third’s commercial banking, wealth and asset management and commercial payments businesses across key markets.
Scott is a career banker with 30 years in the industry. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Scott was with TD Bank, served as a Commercial Banking Executive at Synovus Bank in Tampa and held various leadership roles with Wells Fargo, to include Market President, Business Banking Manager, Middle Market Banking Sales Manager and Commercial Real Estate Director. He began his banking career in 1997 with Barnett Bank in their Retail Banking division.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Radford University and is also a graduate of Leadership Florida as the Class President, Leadership Tampa Bay, CEO Direct, and Mayor’s Neighborhood University.
Michael Luther, Assistant VP & Chief HR Officer, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital
Michael Luther is a seasoned Senior-Level Human Resources Leader with more than two decades of experience driving strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, he currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Orlando Health | Bayfront Hospital. In this role, he leads the HR function across the West Region—serving over 4,000 team members at Bayfront Hospital and Florida Medical Clinic—and manages a team of nine HR professionals.
Throughout his career, Michael has held leadership roles across a range of industries, consistently delivering results in recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Formulated Solutions, overseeing HR operations in Florida and Tennessee and achieving a 30% reduction in employee turnover.
At Oscor Incorporated, he acted as Global Director of HR, leading multi-site HR administration and supporting major acquisition efforts. While at Apyx Medical, Michael played a key role in scaling HR platforms during a period of rapid growth, implementing performance management systems and competitive employee benefits programs. He also served as Director of HR for the Advanced Wound Management Division at Smith & Nephew, where he oversaw organizational transitions and strategic HR alignment.
Earlier in his career, Michael built HR departments from the ground up at organizations like Progress Energy and Home Depot Installed Products, managing significant expansions in staffing and infrastructure.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Public Administration/Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida State University. He is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Lesley Price, Director of First Impressions & Community Liaison, HMC Hospitality Group, Inc.
Lesley Price has been a dedicated member of the Hooters Management Corporation (HMC Hospitality Group, Inc.) team since 1993, serving as the Director of First Impressions and Community Liaison. With over three decades of experience, Lesley has become a cornerstone of the organization, known for her warm presence and unwavering commitment to community engagement. Lesley’s passion for giving back has inspired countless employees across the Tampa Bay area to get involved and make a difference. Her leadership has helped foster a company culture that values service and civic responsibility.
Through her tireless efforts, Lesley has built strong relationships with a wide range of charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Dream Fund, the Police Athletic League, and Habitat for Humanity of Tampa Bay Gulfside, among many others. Beyond her professional role, Lesley finds joy in spending quality time with her family, staying active at the gym, attending church, and exploring new destinations through travel. Her deep-rooted values and community spirit continue to leave a lasting impact on those around her.
Tracy West, Tournament Director, Valspar Championship and Co-Founder & Executive VP, Pro Links Sports
Tracy West is the tournament director for the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship. In her role she leads the strategic and overall management efforts for this official PGA TOUR professional golf tournament, played at Innisbrook Golf Resort. The event is the largest signature sporting event in Pinellas County, attracting over 130,000 patrons, 400 corporate partners and 2,500 volunteers and raising over $1.3 million annually for 90+ regional charities.
She is co-founder, executive vice president and partner of Pro Links Sports since 1993 and is responsible for the company’s PGA TOUR division with the general oversight of the PGA TOUR’s 3M Open, the PGA TOUR Champions’ Simmons Bank Championship and various other company projects. She has been involved in management of 70+ pro tournaments throughout her career including tournament management nationwide for PGA TOUR Champions Tour events and U.S. Senior Opens.
Prior to joining the Valspar Championship in May 2014, for six years West took a break from pro golf tournament management to serve as the senior director of development and signature programs for the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program, leading the fundraising efforts for this clinical program at Massachusetts General Hospital. She developed multiple large signature fundraising events, including the Run to Home Base in Fenway Park, raising millions of dollars annually.
West serves on the governance board for The First Tee of Tampa Bay, AMPLIFY Clearwater (regional Chamber of Commerce), Tampa Bay Sports Commission, Truist Local Advisory Board (Pinellas County); advisory boards for WISE Tampa (Women In Sports & Entertainment), the 2025 NCAA Women’s Final Four Local Organizing Committee, and the National Leadership Council for Women of Color Golf; and executive committee of the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl. She is a member of the Tampa Bay CEO Council. Additionally, she served on the board for PGA TOUR Tournament Advisory Council and Ruth Eckerd Hall, served on the 2019 NCAA Women’s Final Four Local Organizing Committee and as an honorary commander of Hanscom Air Force Base.
West has an MBA in Marketing from Michigan State University and a B.S. Finance & Economics from Lake Superior State University.
