Habitat CEO Mike Sutton named to 2026 Tampa Titan 100 Hall of Fame

Clearwater, FL – Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside is proud to announce that President & CEO Mike Sutton has been recognized as a 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100 Hall of Fame honoree by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Enavate.

The Titan 100 recognizes Tampa Bay’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives, the region’s most accomplished leaders who have not only built extraordinary companies but have redefined what it means to lead. These Titans exemplify excellence through their vision, passion, and integrity, creating lasting impact across industries and communities. Collectively, the 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $10 billion in annual revenue and employ over 60,000 individuals across the region and beyond.

Mike Sutton has led Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside through a period of significant growth, expanding the affiliate’s service area from Pinellas County into West Pasco and Hernando counties while increasing its impact on families across the region. Guided by a long-term vision and a commitment to sustainable growth, Habitat has set new homebuilding records every year since 2021, increasing production from approximately 20 homes annually to more than 80. Under Mike’s leadership, annual revenue has increased from roughly $5 million to more than $35 million, enabling the organization to serve more families through affordable homeownership than ever before.

Mike has also fostered a people-first culture rooted in Habitat’s mission and values. His focus on attracting talented, mission-driven individuals and investing in employee development has helped earn the organization recognition as one of the region’s Best Places to Work. Guided by his belief that “501(c)(3) is a tax status, not a business model,” Mike has championed innovation, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence, positioning Habitat as a leading force in addressing housing affordability and strengthening communities throughout the Tampa Bay region.

Habitat is also proud to celebrate two longtime champions of the organization’s mission who were honored as Tampa Titan 100 recipients. Heather Ford, Chief Financial Officer of Power Design and Habitat’s Immediate Past Board Chair, was recognized for her exceptional leadership and commitment to the community. Jason Clement, Founding Partner and CEO of The Sports Facilities Companies and a former Habitat Board Chair, was also honored for his leadership and business success. Both Heather and Jason have played pivotal roles in advancing Habitat’s mission, helping the organization grow its impact and serve more families throughout the Tampa Bay region. Their recognition alongside Sutton underscores the strength of Habitat’s leadership network and the deep commitment of its board members and partners to building a better future for local families.
