Habitat for Humanity partners with families and individuals in Pinellas, West Pasco, and Hernando Counties who do not qualify for a traditional mortgage. The Habitat Homeownership Program prepares partners to be successful homeowners through a 38-course education curriculum, including topics from budgeting to home maintenance. Upon completing the program, homeowners earn a 0% interest mortgage, opening a new door to a brighter future.
